I was interested in getting my MB CL55 from Arizona to Washington, DC. I inquired and requested quotes online for the transport of my auto. I received several quotes/offers and found Direct Express Auto on this site. Direct Express Auto turned out to be the best find on the internet for this type of service. I received quotes in the $1000 to $1200 range. Direct Express Auto price quote that was provided to me at $825; which was far under all their competitors by altleast $250 dollar!! I must say I was a bit skeptical of this but Ashley (the customer service rep) was great and assured me that the car would be delivered safely. She was poilte and listened/answered all my questions for someone doing this for the first time. My car quote and delivery was given a 5-10 day window. My car was picked up immediately and delivered in 4 days!! The delivery was early. The only complaint I have is that the third party responsible for delivering the vehicle (Kelly's Auto Transport, LLC) was not as prompt and responsive. The delivery driver never called me initially or kept me abreast. I had to call Driect Express Auto and was provided a number for Kelly Auto Transport. Upon calling them, I was told that my car was picked up already and they provided me the driver's name/contact number. I called the driver and from that point on.....the communication channel became open and he kept me abreast of a ETA on my delivery. Nevertheless, the car was delivered on-time, 2 days before the expected delivery date and in great condition. Besides arriving very dirty, I guess from a coast to coast delivery, the overall experience was great! I am pleased with the service provided by both parties and would use them again!
