Our VW was picked up right on time in Ohio. They called the night before and then again when they were 30 miles out for delivery here in Texas, and we arranged to meet them at a local shopping center lot. Our neighborhood is a tight fit, so it was our request to meet at a nearby lot to make it easier to off load the vehicle. The car was shipped in an open container, and there was no damage to or marks on the vehicle. The price was right and was much cheaper than us driving from Texas to Ohio and back to get the car.
