Grease, dirt, stained

Direct Express contracted the move out to a carrier called Incognito Express. My car left California with a spotless interior and arrived with the inside driver's door and carpet covered in grease and grime. This is a luxury vehicle, so the interior features a lot of leather and light-colored carpet which is now stained. I sent it on an enclosed trailer to protect it, and assumed the inside would be protected, too. My mistake.

When I contacted the company to clear this up, the mess was blamed on the people who received the car, a high-end dealership used to working with cars like mine.

Yes, the car did arrive on time, but I would never use this company again.

Our outstanding record speaks for itself. We ship nearly 2,000 vehicles per month with very few complaints. Sometimes we goof, but not in this case. We assigned Michael's order to Incognito Express with great confidence as we have done in the past. Incognito Express is rated 100% on a website of which most brokers and carriers are a member. There is no way to determine when or how this incident took place. We do know that we have never had a complaint about Incognito Express in nearly 3 years of working with them. We are sorry for any inconvenience and wish the customer well.
