Late pickup. Terrible communication.

We made our car available for pick up on May 18, 2009, to give the company a 1-week window to pick up our car. We were moving out of town after that week, so we were sure to give them a full week to pick up our car before our scheduled departure. After a week passed from my first pick-up date, I still had not received any communication from the company about when my car was being picked up. I had to call and find out what was going on - it turned out that our transport was canceled and had to be rescheduled. Nobody called to tell me. Three days passed in between the date the transport was canceled, and nobody called to notify me. They picked up the car 10 days after I made my car available (they are supposed to pick up within 7 days). We had to reschedule everything and were under a huge inconvenience. I would be more understanding if the communication was more honest and effective, but I can't believe they knew they would be picking up our vehicle late and didn't even bother to notify us. I had to call in a frantic mode and find out the information for myself. I would never use this company again.

Our standing record speaks for itself. We were able to deliver the car in fine condition and in a timely manner. It is really surprising that Bao would stop to complain two months after we took care of her. We wish her well though.
