i used Direct Express before and was thrilled with the service they provided me so i used them again. they picked up my vehicle in a very timely manner and were the cheapest quote that i could find that didnt "bait and switch". there were no hidden costs or addition fees, the quote i recieved was all inclusive. the agents and the driver were very friendly and pleasantly accomodating to my needs. they were able to pick up my vehicle one day after the available date and delivered it to me in 2 days as promised. my vehicle was also delivered in the condition it was picked up. i would definitely re-use and reccommend Direct Express to any customer :)
