This is a great service and worth the extra cost. Jessica and John were great to work with.
I made the mistake of signing up with another car transport service just to get a quote. For weeks I was flooded with emails, IMs and phone calls from drivers all over the US. I just wanted one quote not 20.
With Direct Express, they arrange the transport with the driver and that was it! The driver was great too. A very helpful service..
