From the first time that I contacted Direct Express I received friendly and excellent service. I changed dates a couple of times and Direct Express was very accommodating. As soon as I told them when I wanted the car picked up, I was contacted by the transport company on the following day. The transport company that Direct Express answered all of my questions about the driver and gave me the driver's cell number. The pickup driver was excellent, friendly and very knowledgeable. He followed my directions. He was on time, attentive, polite and I was immediately put at ease. I was able to contact the driver by cell and he always welcomed my calls. He was definitely an asset to the company. I was put at ease regarding the safety of the car. He didn't disappoint. If I were going to ship another car, I would very definitely use Direct Express and would not hesitate recommending the company to others. A really good experience.
