This was my first experience with vehicle transport. I set this order up via the interent. The entire experience went flawlessly. I received email confirmation of my order almost immediately and then received the assignment of the vehicle to a driver notification about a day later. The vehicle was picked up a day earlier than expected and delivered right on time. My calls to customer service and my assigned trucking company were handled promptly and satisfactorily. Our delivery driver was not going to make it to our area until late in the evening. He called and gave us the option of a late night delivery or he would wait until morning, if we preferred. The driver was a couteous, polite man. We enjoyed talking with him about his work. I am very pleased with how easy and well this transport was!
