Overall, my experience was good. When my vehicle was picked up the driver was very pleasant and was able to answer any questions I had about when he would arrive at my destination. He(driver) even offered to call me a few hours before arriving so I could make sure my contact was home to receive the vehicle. The only thing I would change about my experience is to have a definite pick up date at least 1-2 weeks before. I had quotes from other transport companies, but this was the best one for my destination. I would definitely use this carrier again!
