I had first contacted another company on a Saturday morning. After not hearing any response in 36-hours, I canceled and contacted Direct Express Auto Transport. They were very responsive. I received a call back and confirmation of shipping assignment very quickly. The vehicle was picked up as promised by Taurus Auto Transport and delivered to me about 15 hours later. The distance was about 350 miles. Driver stayed in contact with me and was a very nice man. Excellent service!
