Direct Express Auto Transport promptly arranged shipping of my BMW to California with what I would have considered very short lead time. The company handling the actual transport contacted me within the time frame I expected and kept in touch with me through every step of the process. The owner of the company and his employees were courteous and took great care with my vehicle. They were both knowledgeable and conscientious; and fulfilled their obligation as promised. I was treated as an important customer; which can be an experience often lacking from interactions with most companies. They will certainly receive repeat business from me as the need arises. In fact, after Direct Express handled the shipping of my wife's BMW last year, they were the first and only company I considered calling.
