The company decided never to tell me that my car was not going to be picked up until I contacted them back

My moving experience with Direct Auto express has been very poor. I called when after 12 days, my order still had not been scheduled for pick up. I found out that the order had not been placed correctly.They said they called me to correct the mistake, but for them to call me once during working hours and then to never email/communicate further is unacceptable. It left me thinking my car was going to be delivered on time, when it was not. I asked if they would be willing to help me expedite it given that it was not my fault they did not inform me that they needed more information, and they said no. A truly awful customer service experience - I guess they were just planning on never letting me know the order went wrong just because I couldn't pick up that one phone call. Update in response to the owner -- calling one time during working hours is not even close to adequate contact. You mention it is important to reply to emails and texts, but I was not sent A SINGLE EMAIL OR TEXT. I do not even have voicemail set up on my cell phone, so it would be impossible for you to have left a message. Please improve your customer service.

We are sorry customer Ananya Dewan is dissatisfied. We tried contacting her early to correct missing information on her online order form but did not hear back.
