I submitted my information near midnight on Monday. On Wednesday, I was matched with a carrier, the vehicle was picked up 2 hours later, and delivered 300 miles away that night. The driver was incredibly friendly, the carrier was communicative, and the Direct Express communication was only necessary info, no spam. Plus the car arrived in perfect condition. I can't think of anything that could have been better.
