I had a horrible experience with another company that resulted in a complete refund of my money but only a few days to find another company to pick up my car. Direct express was great. Everything is very professional from the confirmation emails to the 1800 hotline. Though my car wasn't picked up within 5 days (like they claim for most cars), it was picked up with little trouble. The actual shipper DR auto was wonderful. Driver was very nice and got my car to MO very quickly and expediently. (Could not say the same for the other drivers i have worked with in previous car shipments). Wish I had found Direct express earlier. Definitely will use again.
