I submitted my order with Direct Express Auto Transport via their website (as opposed to calling customer service on the telephone). The web site information and ordering process was easy to use and went smoothly. Delivery of our car from CA to WI was smooth and fast and very cost competitive. I also liked the fact that I only had to put down a deposit initially and then pay the balance after the car was delivered and inspected by me. Communications and status updates were also good. Overall the process was great and I would recommend Direct Express Auto Transport to others.
