Awful service

I placed my order on 6/5/09. I was told I should receive an email regarding pick-up the next day, and shipping would take 4-5 days. I never received a phone call or email to date. I have called several times, and was told scheduling typically takes 1-7 days. Heather was to check on the order and call me back. It has been 11 days- still no pick-up or communication from this company. I canceled the order. Now, I was told I should have my refund within 2-4 days- waiting to see if this is accurate as none of the information I have received has been yet. The kicker is that when I called to cancel- they just simply don't care and I am still without my vehicle!

Our outstanding reputation speaks for itself. Every once in awhile we get customers such as Jen, who demand constant attention and are what is commonly known as high maintenance. You can almost tell that from reading her review. Our records show that Jen embellished her review by misstating when her car was made available, she said eleven days ago when it was only seven. Nobody told her that she would get an email the next day, and nobody promised 4-5 days pick up time. Most people understand that shipments to rural northeastern Ohio might take a tad longer, which was explained to Jen. Because she spoke in vulgar terms toward our very nice customer service representatives, they were relieved when Jen abruptly cancelled her order. That is very understandable.
