When speaking with the staff at Direct Express Auto Transport, they were very pleasant and easy to speak to. They set me up with a local transport company who was not as easy to speak to. The language barrier made it difficult to understand and they were not very good at calling you back when we contacted them about the pick up of our vehicle. When the driver arrived he was a little bit earlier than he had projected. The driver was nice but again very difficult to understand. He didn't speak English very well. The car was loaded with ease and the Beetle disappeared up the road from our house to it's new home in Florida. All in all the experience was a little unnerving as we had never shipped a car before. We would probably do it again if necessary.
