I have had several bad experiences in the past when I have bought vehicles out of state trying to get them sent to me. If you leave a vehicle in storage for too long it gets expensive and all I wanted to know is could they pick it up within 10 days. Simple right? Well they would lie and say yes then they would want more money for a guarantee of pickup. DIRECT EXPRESS WAS NOT LIKE THAT. They did exactly what they said they would do. In fact I was shocked that they got a driver so quick. And Perry Auto Transport who brought the car was so nice and helpful. The driver was even early and he even called to see if it was ok to bring it early. He was so nice on the phone and also in person.
We have gone to several states to pick up vehicles ourselves and now we don't have to spend all of our time and money. We can call on DIRECT EXPRESS. Thanks so much for all of your help and for being there when we needed you.
