called to set up transport of my van from Va. to NJ. I gave specific dates. They picked it up 2 days early and we had to go 60 miles to pick it up! Do not use them ever!!!

We are sorry customer Thomas Johanson is dissatisfied. We are guilty as charged. He said he could not receive the vehicle until Saturday, and at 365 miles we should not have let it get picked up until Friday. We let it get assigned to a carrier two days early and we regret it. Our staff has been reminded to be more mindful. We wish Mr. Johanson well.
