Upon making the reservation it was recommended by Direct Express to pay the expedite fee to insure a timely delivery. When the car was picked up the driver confirmed the delivery date(no problem easy date to hit Aug 21, yours is the 2nd car to be dropped off) Aug 20 we called the driver. He said he had not left yet. New delivery date Aug 24, We called Direct Express on Aug 20 to make something happen, had to leave a message, On Aug 24, an CC email was received by Direct Express telling the driver to contact us and we received a phone message from Direct Express to return the call. After numerous phone calls and texts we finally received the car at 11:pm on Aug 27, Direct Express stated that it's all in the drivers hands, nothing that they can do except not use the driver again. The car was received with food trash and dirt in the passengers seat/floorboard as if someone used the car. Direct Express recommended that we pay the expedite fee to receive the delivery we requested, Direct Express collected their part of the fee, and didn't do anything to help us get our car after that. We contacted Direct Express after we received the car to issue a complaint and to receive a refund for the so-called expedite fee. They said that there was nothing that they could do for us.
