My experience booking and receiving fast pickup was good, but the contracted driver called to tell me he was delivering my vehicle at midnight, and couldn’t drop at my house because he couldn’t get his truck in my neighborhood! He was very rude when I asked if he could deliver during the day, because I am a single female and didn’t feel comfortable walking to meet him alone at night. He told me he could just take it with him to Arizona and I’d have to wait another 5 days, when I paid for express delivery! Bad delivery experience for sure!
