It took me over 3 weeks to locate a Transporter to get my car from CA to VA right after the pandemic started " easing" somewhat and there was a HUGE backlog of cars to transport. I canceled contracts with two other Service Providers before signing with Direct Express and within a HALF DAY they had me a driver and I was getting my car and the price agreed upon was LESS than the other two companies had told me it would cost me !!! I was in shock at how fast they found me a driver after how long I had been waiting and told story after story why it " could not be done at this time... " by the other companies I had previously contracted with. My driver's name was Leon , and he was AWESOME !!! Leon called me when picking up my car ( purchased on line ) and gave me a detailed report on the condition before loading her up and sent me pictures as well
I would HIGHLY recommend Direct Express Auto Express Transport , they get the job done when every other company failed to make it happen !!! Thank you Direct Express and a special Thank you to Leon who took such good care of my " girl " while bringing her home to me ... Thank You Leon ... YOU ROCK !!!
