It was a great experience. My car had been in an accident just prior to my move, so it had to be picked up at a body shop hundreds of miles from where I lived at the time. When I called the company they assured me that it was not a problem and rescheduled my pickup. I was contacted when they had scheduled my pick-up. Everything went as planned and my car arrived a day earlier than they had said. It was in perfect condition. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
