My experience was a very positive one. Never having done this before I wasn't sure what to expect. The person I spoke to over the phone to start this whole process was very polite and informative. She answered questions very completly and she was not in any hurry to get me off the phone. Time was not an issue. When I was contacted by the people who would be picking up my vehicle, once again very pleasant, polite and helpful. They called me when they were coming and gave me an approximate time for their arrival which was very accurate. When they got to the destination where I could bring them the vehicle, they called me. They waited on me instead of having me wait on them. This was greatly appreciated since I had to leave work to bring them the vehicle. They were able to get within 1/4 of a mile of where I was at. They took the time to go around the vehicle and inspect it with me and made notations of any defects. As I watched them load the vehicle, they took their time and made sure that it was secured properly and even little things that seeing that the antenna was not going to be damaged. They treated the vehicle with respect. When they reached the destination, they were just as courteous. They made arrangements to meet the party on that end and again went over the vehicle's condition with them. Both of us were very pleased . Also as for the cost of service, I found it to be very reasonable. I had peace of mind that for the price I was paying that everything was safe and secure. The company was insured and I didn't have to worry about adding additional miles to the vehicle by having it driven to it's destination. Over all I cannot think of any complaint I have with the company, the people or the service that I received for the money that I paid.
