I recently shipped a vehicle for my parents from NYC to Atlanta. This was my first time transporting a vehicle, and I was very impressed with the service received from Direct Express. I received email s and telephone calls advising when a carrrier was identified, and that vehicle would be transferred as directed.
To my surprise, everything happened so fast, and so seamlessly, that I was not fully prepared when the vehicle reached to its destination earlier than anticipated. The company worked with me to make arrangements to get someone in place to sign for the vehicle.
I would recommend Direct Express Auto to anyone who has the need to ship a vehicle cross country.
