I am giving this company a full 5+ Stars! Kelly replied promptly to my call and was courteous, knowledgeable & comforting. I was given an exact quote which stayed true & there were no hidden fees. This was my first time using a car transport service. I needed to move my car from Boise to the San Diego area. The driver arrived on the second day of my five day window. Winter weather was already affecting routes south. The driver kept me updated on the arrival time. My car was dropped off within 15 minutes of the expected time he told me. Process was quick & easy and he was very polite and professional.
Admittingly so, I was nervous after reading some negative reviews. I used my intuition and trust after speaking to Kelly and I “just knew” it was a good choice. And it was! My car arrived in perfect condition with no problems at all.
