I was pleasantly surprised by the very high level of service that I received from Direct Express. From the initial call, through pickup and delivery of my vehicle, it almost seemed too easy and good to be true. The customer service rep explained everything in detail, the driver was on time and courteous, and the delivery was made ahead of schedule. I would definitely recommend Direct Express Auto Transport!
