My experience with transporting my Jeep across the US was very stressful. My interactions with this company in getting the initial setup were great, however, the transport company that actually picked up my vehicle was very difficult to work with. They were not considerate of time and location of picking up or delivering my vehicle. They actually suggested that I drive three hours to another city to drop off my car, because it was convenient for the driver. The fact that I was even being asked this was ridiculous. In picking up my Jeep, I informed them prior to them even picking it up, that I would be flying in to the destination city the day after they would have it there, so I did not even need them to deliver it. I would take a taxi to pick it up. They initially agreed to the time for pickup, and then the day of, they made me sit in a parking lot with my luggage after the taxi dropped me off, and wait for the driver to come to the business that was closed. I have had to ship my car a few times due to my job, and this was the worst experience.
