Once we placed our order online, Jessie contacted us within a couple hours stating that a truck had been assigned to our order and would pick up our vehicle the next day! Then, even though the scheduled delivery date was only two days from the date of pickup, the driver called and asked if he could deliver the vehicle a day early! Well of course! The driver arrived specifically on time when he said he would and was very friendly and helpful. The vehicle was in perfect condition. We couldn't have been happier with this first time experience of having a car delivered from 5 states away! Thank you Direct Express!
