I NEVER leave reviews, but was taken aback by the level of service. I booked the "standard" level for an enclosed trailer to send my car from RI to AZ. It says, with this level to expect an assigned truck anywhere from 1-10 days. On day 2, my car had already been assigned a truck, and was picked up a day later. The driver was exceptionally prompt, which NEVER happens. 8 a.m. pick-up time was exactly that. The car was subsequently delivered to the destination, 2700 miles away, within a week. I am thoroughly impressed with the operation, driver, and all encompassing details. Thank you
