Direct Auto Transport was an excellent service. I decided to call to set up the order for transport of my car even though the online process looked very simple. The representative was nice and efficient. Within 5 minutes after submitting the order, I received an email with information that my car was assigned to Locha Transport LLC with an estimated pick up date 2 days later. I do not have any complaints with either companies - it truly was a hassle-free experience. I felt comfortable with the level of communication from the driver. Some details about the process.: The day before the pick up date, I received a text from the driver asking me to give him a call to confirm my order. It was a quick 2 minute call to let me know he'd pick up my car in the morning hours. The date of the scheduled pick up date, he called me to let me know he'd be a little later. I didnt mind at all DC metro traffic is always a mess. By early afternoon he came by picked up my and I saw him drive it up the ramp on the trailer. I signed paper work and confirmed who would be at the new location to receive my car. My car was transported from the DC metro area to the DFW area. My car arrived 3 days later; once again the day before his expected arrival, the driver gave me a call confirmed who was to receive my car and let me know his estimated time of arrival. And just like that the following day my car arrived. The driver alerted my family receiving my car when he was nearing the area. And just like that my car had safely arrived.
