I made my booking on 24th July, was assigned a driver on 25th, the driver called and coordinated the time of pick up, the car was picked up on 26th and delivered on Aug 2nd. No hassle. My trunk has some pillows, bedding, hangers and other invaluables but the driver didn't mind it. Good email communication from DirectExpress about timeline and phone communication from the driver for coordination. Cash of around $1100 was handed to the driver during drop off.
