Driver was rude (actually cursed at my brother in law) and was not knowledgeable on the truck accessible pick up spots in the area. The service said it was door to door but on both ends we had to drive a few miles away to meet the driver who was annoyed and unhappy to say the least. He also made us take everything out of the trunk of the car per some regulation (that I’m not positive exists)
Giving 2 stars because my car made it to destination.
