Website was easy to navigate. Customer service person answered all of my questions since this is the first time we shipped a car. Very patient, polite and professional. I chose the standard fee in our attempt to get the cheapest fee. Our car got assigned a shipper within 2 days. The car was picked up on a Friday afternoon and delivered the following Thursday afternoon. The driver was very friendly and he too answered all of my questions.
