This was the most painless hauling process I've ever experienced. I work in heavy construction and had my experienced purchasing agent go after his best price from 3 trusted hauling brokers that do lots of hauling for my company -- to haul my 2010 range rover sport, all came back with prices 60% higher than Direct Express.
I knew I could find better price so I googled and first result was Direct Express. The web portal gave me an instant quote without having to call or email anyone. I checked a couple other google links for quotes which were also higher than Direct Express. I was skeptical at first that I could get such a quick and easy quote and at such a good price. I decided to go for it, chose the slowest option (7-10 days) with an open vehicle hauler, and made my down payment of roughly 20% on a Saturday. I received a phone call that following Monday from Jessie, saying they would pickup the following day. The vehicle was at my house 1 week later from Southern CA to Louisville, KY. The vehicle was picked up by my mother who later called me to tell me how nice and friendly the truck driver was. I experienced the same kindness when the trucker arrived in Louisville, probably the nicest trucker I've dealt with. I gave him the balance in cash (other option was cashiers check), signed the vehicle condition report, and we were on our way. Can't recommend Direct Express enough.
