Although I contracted your services for the rush order - our drivers had the need to deliver other vehicles on their way to our home. They contacted me with an ETA at noon at Mcallen texas where i was moving to and understood since I had my furniture being shipped as well I was in my family’s home in Houston so they knew the only reason I would drive to McAllen was to receive the car. I planned and arrived at my home at 11 : 30 only to not receive my vehicle until 1 am the next day- I was told other customers had delayed the drivers and they had changed their route to accommodate their tardiness. I think this is not fair and certainly not deserving of a 5 or even a 3 star rating. This level of lack of respect for my time and consideration for my time is just not acceptable .
