Direct Express Auto Transport was very informative and helpful in processing the request. We have never transported a vehicle before so it was a new experience for us. The quoting was done online and again with a customer service rep. The gal we spoke with was very informative and helpful and it ended up being cheaper than we thought.
The transport co. was very friendly. Our contact in FL was told the car would be picked up at 9 am but the transport co. left Miami at 9 am and the car was picked up about 3 hrs later- so I am not sure if there was a communication gap or not. My mother and sister felt comfortable with the driver of the transport co.
The transport office called us twice regarding the delivery to keep us up to speed on what to expect.
The car was delivered sooner than we expected, was in great shape, and the driver was very friendly and we felt good about the experience. Even though it was an open trailer, the car was clean when it arrived.
The cost was reasonable, we felt.
I would refer the transport co. and Direct Express Auto transport to anyone and if we needed to transport a vehicle again we would call direct Expess Auto again. Thank you.
