Overall I had a good experience with the company and driver. Everything was transparent from the beginning and fees were reasonable. The only additional comments I would have are the following:
1. For people relocating and shipping their cars, it's a little bit of a challenge to drive and meet the truck far from the hotel without using a cab or uber to get back. It was easily resolved so no issue there but something to note.
2. Car arrived a day early which was nice but the scheduled meeting time shifted a bit. Not something we planned in the middle of the work day. Again, not a huge deal but something to be prepared for especially in areas where the traffic is crazy and the drivers cant' necessarily be overly precise with drop off times.
3. Be prepared to pay cash/cashiers check to the driver. It would be a little more convenient of the broker managed the financials rather than paying a deposit first and then paying remainder in cash to the driver. I think the system is pretty standard but would be a nice thing for the customers to be hands off after the first transaction. No big deal really but just something to be aware of.
Overall, I would definitely use again for any auto transport needs.
