We had a car shipped to us in North Carolina from a relative in Illinois. Direct Express warned us that it potentially would take up to 10 days. Not only was the car picked up on the first day it was available to be picked up, it was also delivered by a wonderful man named Bill at a time that worked for us, two days later. It was a great experience and if the need ever occurs again we will definitely use direct express!!
