By far exceeded my expectations. Needed to ship a customers car from Pennsylvania to Massachusetts and didn’t know how to coordinate it. Googled auto shipping and so glad auto transport direct popped up. Got a quote by simply putting in the 2 zip codes and the car type. Then when booked left a small deposit with all the addresses and contact information. Thought it would be a few days before anyone would contact me but within a few hours after booking I got an email from the them with the trucking companies info then a couple hours later the trucking company called and said they would pick it up the next day and have it delivered by noon the 3rd day. It was picked up within the window they told me and delivered to the customer when they told us. Just an A+ experience all around.
