I had requested service from Direct Express and believed my car would be picked up within days. Only to find out it could take up to 10 days unless I donated more money to the driver. I cancelled my service a day later and my car was never transported, never received any driver's information, yet was still charged $200. How do charge anyone for services not rendered? No charges should occur until the vehicle is picked up. Wouldn't recommend this service to my worst enemy. ????

We are sorry customer Jamas Pugh is dissatisfied. Mr. Pugh selected the least expensive option and then after only one day expected a guaranteed pickup date. It doesn't work that way which is what we tell everyone upfront. You do increase your chances of faster delivery with Expedited and Rush rates. Best of luck to Mr. Pugh.
