Damage Done To My car

I was quickly linked to a driver which was nice. Much faster than the estimate. First we had issues communicating directions with the driver for pickup. There was a language barrier and we ended up having to drive the car to the truck a couple miles away. The driver mentioned a turnaround time of getting to the destination multiple days before the estimated date. I mentioned I would not be in the state to receive and he told me he would be in contact to schedule. Two days later I get a call at 5 PM from the driver telling me he is downstairs with the car. No warning and no call to schedule. This is completely unreasonable. Fortunately I had a friend able to swing by to pickup the car. They allowed me to pay through quick books which was nice since I wasn't in the state. It was dark and gusty out so my friend had to sign without being able to inspect the car properly. It was parked next to my other car and did not move until i returned. There is a massive dent in the bottom of the driver side door. It looks like the door was open during loading or unloading and caught the side of the rail of the truck (gusts were around 30-50 MPH that evening). Being underneath the door it was not plausible for the damage to have happened while sitting. I have reached out and sent a picture to the dispatcher to no response as of yet. Being in New England damage like this will cause excessive rusting and eventually rotting of the door. I would love to update my review if anyone is willing to help handle this issue. I payed $200 more to use this company due to its good reviews and my families recommendation from previous experiences.
