Unbelievably incompetent and unprofessional customer service - even their supervisory staff is garbage; I recommend using this site, or the BBB, or Yelp, to register your experience / complaints, as there's no desire, amongst their staff, to address, manage, or correct customer oriented complaints

We are sorry customer Brian Meaton is dissatisfied with the economic laws of supply and demand, but there is nothing we can do about it. Shipping from Saint Petersburg, Mr. Meaton wanted us to apply mid-December order pricing (low demand and cheaper) to his late December/ early January order (high Demand). We keep our pricing current so that our customers have a better chance of timely shipping. The concept of peak season pricing, which is employed in other industries such as airlines, was seemingly lost upon Mr. Meaton and he became argumentative. The tenor of his review is indicative of what we encountered. We will continue to do the right thing by our customers and price our orders so that they will ship sooner rather than later. We wish Brian Meaton lots of good luck in Phoenix and hope he is able to convince every business there to lower their pricing.
