I had recently shipped a vehicle through this service. Originally, I used a competitor which did not work out. I waited for a week with no driver picking up my request. I contacted Jessica who was very helpful. My vehicle was picked up and delivered within 3 days. The only issue is that the driver did not speak English but the paperwork was in order and I could read it.
