It is a nationwide company and was quite easy to deal with. After I contracted them I made calls to the office to ascertain the exact schedule which was freely and accurately given. The car was picked up in Texas on time and delivered here in Florida earlier than I expected. It was in the same condition as when picked up and the delivery driver helped a great deal in unloading the car after it failed to start. Direct Auto is a great company and I will use them again.l
