They were on time and very accurate with the pickup/delivery date and we very easy to communicate with before the pickup and during. the only issue I had (or I was uneasy about), was when the car was being delivered, they only could tell me "sometime after 5", unfortunately, that's after they close, so I had to sit and wonder where my car might be and the driver may have called me (had a missed call), but when I called back on multiple occasions, no one answered. two hours later, the car arrived in one piece. So, i guess it worked out fine
