I had a very positive experience with Direct Transport. I called to schedule my car to be transported from Chicago to Dallas on a Saturday. The following Monday, the company had found a person (Mark) to take my car to the actual driver (Richard). Mark kept me informed about how long it would take him to get to my car-he was very courteous.
Richard took my car on Tuesday, and it arrived safe and sound in Dallas by Thursday early evening. Richard estimated he would be getting to Dallas Thursday evening or Friday morning, so he arrived early. This wasn't a problem because there was someone waiting in Dallas to receive my car.
I didn't experience any problems dealing with the company or driver. I was told my transport route was fairly common, so I assume that's why my car was able to be shipped quickly. I did my homework on transport companies, and this company had tons of excellent reviews. They're also registered with the Better Business Bureau, which is always a plus.
