This was my first experience in shipping a car . From my initial contact with Kelly at Direct Express through William's completion of the delivery to my son at West Point, I was thoroughly impressed with the friendliness of the people and the quality of the service I received from both Direct Service and the shipper with which it connected me. That includes several follow up phone calls to Direct Service for confirmation of how the process worked, a slight delay I needed in scheduling and a nearby change in delivery site. Very impressive!
