We've shipped three vehicles from the west coast (CA) to east coast (VA) using this company. We initially shipped two vehicles and decided at the last minute to ship the third (separate shipment). They were very informative, friendly, and gave us a reasonable window for pick up and delivery. The driver contacted us multiple times with a status of our vehicles and his estimated time of arrival. He experienced some mechanical problems with his hauler while driving cross country, and contacted us immediately to let us know there would be a slight delay. We will definitely be using this company again when we head back west!
We read a lot of reviews online and researched things to look out for.
