Not ontime delivery

I thought this was going to be a smooth car transport. Unfortunately, it wasn't. I was told me car would be delivered on a certain day. When that day came around, I didn't hear from anyone until late in the day when I was informed that the carrier had a problem earlier in the week and was two days behind schedule. Okay, things happen, I get that but no call until the day of the delivery, not good service! Then when two days rolled around again to hear from the driver who said he would be to me at a certain time and then ended up not making it at all again that day. So, not very happy about the communication and the service/scheduling.
